out each unit, and do not sell the entire unit as one lot unless special
circumstances warrant it. You can expect such things as tools, furniture,
clothes, appliances, household goods, art, collectibles, bicycles,
sporting equipment, computers, lawn and garden items, jewelry, pottery,
glassware, dishes, mirrors, ladders, silverware, TV's, stereo equipment,
musical instruments, books, tapes, videos, CD's, fishing and hunting
gear, occasionally vehicles and tons more great stuff!!
Payment accepted is cash and check with valid ID.
Sales tax applies unless you are a dealer with tax ID.
Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". No warranties or guarantees
are made nor implied.
Buyer is responsible for payment and security of item upon award of
bid. All sales are final.
Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over published
